Hackett approached Gavin Schneider Productions to collaborate on their Hackett Global Campaign in Cape Town. With the campaign’s objective to showcase Hackett’s classic style, we enlisted a talented cast of up-and-coming models, including Matthew Goode, who would also be starring in the film “Salmon Fishing in Yemen” alongside Ewan McGregor and Emily Blunt. Together, we embarked on an exciting journey to promote the Hackett brand.

The Brief
We meticulously planned and executed the photoshoot, prioritizing attention to detail at every stage. Additionally, to ensure precision, we sourced a specific model of an Aston Martin car and a surfboard that matched the exact specifications required. Furthermore, we took on the task of designing and building custom-made changing huts and a tent that seamlessly aligned with the shoot’s theme.
The Solution
GSP executed the project successfully by collaborating with local South African vendors and manufacturers to source the necessary items. Additionally, the team meticulously designed and built custom-changing huts and a tent that embodied the Out of Africa-inspired theme. Overall, the collaboration between Hackett, GSP, and photographer Magnus Reed resulted in a high-quality photoshoot that showcased the models and the Hackett brand. With attention to detail and a commitment to quality, the team created a unique and memorable Hackett Global Campaign.
